Cornerlot Consulting Inc. is a team of two professional accountants. We help strata councils of small strata corporations with accounting and administrative needs. Ken Lam is a professional accountant (CPA) with 15 years of experience in accounting, risk management, and internal audit. Ken works in information technology. In the evenings (with occasional calls during business hours) and on weekends, he provides strata plan accounting and administration services to small strata plans. Ken has also been managing his personal portfolio of residential rental properties in BC since 1993 and in Washington and Nevada since 2011.
Heather Trac is a professional accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in management accounting and internal auditing. She also conducted lectures on basic income tax, GST, and PST to entrepreneurs through the BCIT Entrepreneurs Training program. She is currently working full-time managing Cornerlot Consulting Inc.
Ken and Heather are married with two children, a dog and live in Burnaby.
